The aim of this study is to determine the gut response and rate of blood appearance of creatine monohydrate. We aim to investigate the digestibility and bioavailability of liposomal creatine, a new formulation of a common supplement.
Who are we looking for:
- Healthy males aged 18–65 years old
- BMI between 18–30
- No known bleeding, gastrointestinal, or metabolic disorder
- Not currently using creatine supplementation
Participants will receive vouchers as a kohl (gift) of $760 upon completion.
